Leap Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
These Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Leap Loyalty program (the “Program”), operated by Leap Pest Control Inc. (“Leap”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating a Leap Loyalty account or continuing to participate in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Leap Loyalty
Leap Loyalty is a free loyalty program for eligible customers of Leap Pest Control and Extreme Cleanup. The Program allows an enrolled property to earn points on qualifying paid services, progress through loyalty tiers, and redeem points toward eligible future services and other property-focused rewards. The Program is designed primarily for co-operatives, multi-unit housing, non-profit and supportive housing, seniors housing, apartments, property owners and managers, and other eligible clients.
2. Registration and Eligibility
Enrollment is free. Each registration is for one individual user and is associated with one enrolled property/address. The user must provide accurate registration information and must be authorized to act for or on behalf of the enrolled property.
If an additional user requires access, that individual must register separately and may be required to complete verification. Leap may verify the user, property/address, account relationship or authority before enabling account access, earning or redemption.
Leap may refuse, suspend or terminate participation where reasonably necessary to protect the Program, prevent misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
3. Property/Address-Level Points
Points are earned and redeemed at the individual enrolled property/address level. Points earned for one address cannot be transferred, pooled or redeemed for a different address, including another property owned, operated or managed by the same organization, unless Leap introduces and expressly approves a future program feature that permits this.
Points are associated with the enrolled property/address and are not personally owned by the registered user, property manager, employee, board member or other representative. If the registered user changes, Leap may verify and update account access without transferring the property’s points to another address.
4. How Points Are Earned
The standard base earning rate is 1 Leap Loyalty point for each $1 of qualifying paid service.
Qualifying spend is calculated on eligible charges after discounts and before HST. Points are earned only after payment has been received and confirmed by Leap.
Unless Leap expressly states otherwise, HST, late fees, financing charges, penalties, third-party or pass-through charges, separately identified disposal or tipping fees, and other non-qualifying charges do not earn points.
Points may also be offered through approved promotions, referral programs, campaigns or other offers. Any additional eligibility rules, dates, limits or conditions will be stated with the applicable offer.
5. Loyalty Tiers and Rolling 12-Month Qualification
Tier status is based on qualifying paid spend at the enrolled property/address during the immediately preceding rolling 12-month period. Because the base earning rate is 1 point per $1, base Tier-Qualifying Points correspond to qualifying paid spend.
| Tier | Rolling 12-Month Tier-Qualifying Points | Redeemable Earn Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Member | 0 - 2,499 | 1.00 point per $1 |
| Select | 2,500 - 7,499 | 1.10 points per $1 |
| Preferred | 7,500 - 14,999 | 1.25 points per $1 |
| Premier | 15,000+ | 1.50 points per $1 |
Tier-Qualifying Points are based on the base rate of 1 point per $1 of qualifying paid service. Bonus points, promotional points and points created by a tier multiplier do not count toward tier qualification unless an offer specifically states otherwise.
The earn rate applied to a transaction is based on the tier in effect when the qualifying payment is posted. If that transaction moves the property into a new tier, the new earn rate applies to subsequent qualifying transactions.
Where a tier multiplier produces a fractional point, the Program may round the result to the nearest whole point. Redeeming points does not reduce Tier-Qualifying Points or tier status. Tier status may increase or decrease as qualifying paid spend enters or leaves the rolling 12-month period.
6. Redemption Value and Minimum Redemption
The standard redemption value is 50 points = $1 in eligible reward or service-credit value. This is equivalent to a standard 2% reward value at the Member base earning rate.
A member may begin redeeming once the enrolled property has at least 50 available points. Standard service-credit redemptions may be made in 50-point increments, subject to the conditions of the selected reward or eligible service.
Specific catalogue rewards may have their own point cost and may provide a different value than the standard service-credit conversion. The applicable point requirement, benefit and conditions will be shown before redemption.
Leap Loyalty is not a cash-back program. Points are promotional loyalty units only. They are not legal tender, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and have no cash value outside the Program except where required by law.
7. How Points May Be Redeemed
Available points may be redeemed only for eligible future services or rewards for the same enrolled property/address at which the points were earned.
Points cannot be applied retroactively to a previously issued invoice, bill, past service, overdue amount or other existing/outstanding balance. A redemption must be selected and accepted for an eligible new or upcoming service or reward in accordance with the Program process.
Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, points and Leap Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with another discount, coupon, promotional price, special offer, account credit, negotiated discount or other promotional benefit on the same service or transaction.
Standard redemptions may be approved automatically when the system confirms the enrolled address, user access, available points, reward or service eligibility, and applicable conditions. Some rewards may still require scheduling, service availability or other fulfillment steps.
Points cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another person, property or address.
8. Reward Conditions
Rewards may include service credits, inspections, monitoring, preventive services, property assessments, member offers and other benefits made available by Leap from time to time.
Rewards are subject to availability, service area, scheduling, minimum spend, exclusions, usage limits, expiry dates for specific offers, and any additional conditions displayed with the reward. If Leap cannot fulfill an approved reward, the applicable points will be returned to the property’s points balance.
9. Point Activity and Expiration
Points do not expire while the enrolled property remains active in the Program. For points-expiration purposes, an account is considered active when points are earned or redeemed during the applicable 12-month activity period.
If there is no earning or redemption activity for 12 consecutive months, unused points may expire in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where Leap has valid contact information, Leap will provide at least 30 days’ notice before points expire due to inactivity.
The points-expiration rule is separate from tier qualification. Tier status is based specifically on qualifying paid spend during the rolling 12-month tier period.
10. Refunds, Cancellations and Corrections
If a qualifying service is refunded, cancelled, reversed, remains unpaid or is otherwise adjusted, Leap may reverse or adjust points previously awarded for that transaction.
Leap may correct points that were awarded, deducted or calculated in error, including duplicate points or points obtained through misuse, fraud or technical error. If an adjustment creates a negative balance, future points may be applied against that balance until it returns to zero.
11. Promotions and Bonus Offers
Leap may offer bonus points, promotional earning rates, referral awards or limited-time rewards. Each promotion may have separate eligibility rules, participating services, dates, caps and restrictions. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotional multipliers do not automatically stack with tier multipliers, and promotional offers cannot be combined with a points redemption or another discount on the same service or transaction.
12. Communications
Leap may send administrative or transactional communications reasonably necessary to operate the Program, including enrollment confirmations, security notices, points and redemption confirmations, tier updates, account notices, changes to these Terms and important service-related information.
Promotional emails, text messages and marketing telephone calls are separate from required Program communications. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to participate in Leap Loyalty. A user may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting Leap.
13. Account Closure and Termination
A registered user may request closure of the Leap Loyalty account associated with the enrolled property, subject to verification of authority where appropriate.
If an eligible account voluntarily leaves the Program in good standing, remaining points may be redeemed for eligible future rewards or services for the enrolled address for 90 days from the effective closure date, after which unused points may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
Leap may suspend or terminate an account, cancel a reward or adjust or forfeit points in cases of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, deliberate misuse, material breach of these Terms or conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the Program, subject to applicable law.
14. Program Changes
Leap may update the Program from time to time, including earning rates, tier thresholds, tier benefits, redemption values, reward availability, eligibility rules, service exclusions, activity requirements and other Program features.
Where appropriate, Leap will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be changed by contract.
15. Availability, Errors and Misuse
Leap may correct technical, administrative or posting errors and may temporarily restrict Program functions for maintenance, security or verification. Reward availability is not guaranteed until a redemption is successfully confirmed.
Automated activity, manipulation, false information, unauthorized access, duplicate accounts created to obtain benefits, or other misuse may result in investigation, correction, suspension or termination.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with Leap Loyalty is handled in accordance with the Leap Loyalty Privacy Policy. Leap does not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
